Mark F. Booth has worked with clients in the Fort Lauderdale community for over thirty years on a wide variety of issues. Clients consider him to be thorough, hardworking and a great listener. 

While he has vast experience, he focuses much of his practice on working on business litigation. Having tried multiple jury trials and handled many appeals for his clients, Mark has proven he knows his way around a courthouse.

Mark also handles family law cases for the firm. He has represented clients in both contested and non-contested divorce cases and understands the emotional impact these cases can have. He is an effective communicator and works to help each client understand the divorce or custody process as well as the legal impact.

Like other lawyers at RMZ Law, Mark is extensively involved in the Fort Lauderdale community. He is a member of Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and was a member of Leadership Fort Lauderdale, Class III. Additionally, Mark served on the Fort Lauderdale Code Enforcement Board and Fort Lauderdale Fire-Rescue Bond Issue Blue Ribbon Committee. Mark is passionate about helping youth and serves as Coach for the RoadRunners Youth Track Club.

Mark is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He received an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell – the highest possible attorney rating.
