Russell A. White, a partner since 1992, brings a wide array of legal experience to Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP.

Mr. White has practiced law in Florida since 1979,
specializing in:

• Commercial litigation, foreclosures, bank litigation
  
• Probate and decedent's estates; probate litigation
  
• Wills and trusts
  
• Contract and business matters/corporate law
  
• Real estate negotiations, closings and title insurance

Mr. White, who served as city attorney for the City of Oakland Park, Florida from 1997-2001, also practices in landlord/tenant matters, administrative legal matters and municipal law.

A graduate of the University of Chicago, Mr. White received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Mr. White has been a member of The Florida Bar Association since 1978 and has received the AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell peer review - the highest possible attorney rating. He also has been a member of the Christian Legal Society and served as corporate counsel for the American Chamber of Christians in Business from 1998-2005. He has been a long-time member of the board of directors of the Christian Business Men's Committee in Fort Lauderdale and is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lauderdale. He is currently a member of the Synergy Chapter of BNI-Hollywood.
