Phillip R. Semenick was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he graduated (with honors) from the Indiana University School of Business MBA Honors Program. After graduation, Mr. Semenick spent the next 20 years as an advisor, branch manager and ultimately, senior management of an investment firm.

While working as a branch manager, Mr. Semenick graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law and received his law degree cum laude. After law school, Mr. Semenick joined the Office of the State Attorney where he worked in both the misdemeanor and felony divisions for three years.

Mr. Semenick is a member of the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court, the Broward County Bar, Christian Legal Society and serves as an Expert Witness in both state and Federal Courts involving securities matters. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Arbitrator. Mr. Semenick's practice is focused on the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation.
