Perry w. Hodges, Jr., a partner since 2002, brings more than 30 years of expertise to Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP.

Mr. Hodges specializes in family law, real estate, wills, trusts, probate and trust administration, corporations, small business matters, and civil litigation in State Court. He is admitted to all State courts, the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Claims Court; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. He is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator for family law, circuit court and county court.

Mr. Hodges, a native of Broward County, received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1974 and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. Mr. Hodges has been a member of The Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court.

A Class XII graduate of Leadership Broward, he is active in the community as host of the weekly call-in radio program, “Know Your Legal Rights”. In the past, Mr. Hodges has served on the board of Sheridan House Family Ministries and as an adjunct professor in the legal assisting program at Broward College. Presently, he serves as a trustee of Florida Baptist Financial Services.
