Perry W. Hodges, Jr. brings more than 30 years of expertise to Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP.

Mr. Hodges specializes in family law, real estate, probate, small business and civil litigation with trial practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. He is also a certified family law and county court mediator.

Mr. Hodges received his bachelor's and law degree from Stetson University.

He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Christian Legal Society and has received the BV rating by the Martindale Hubbell peer review.

He is also active in the community as host of "Know Your Legal Rights" radio program and serves on the board of directors at Sheridan House Ministries, as well as the board of trustees of Florida Baptist Financial Services.
