Mark F. Booth, a partner since 1997, brings expertise in real estate transactions and litigation, civil and business litigation, construction law, family law and appellate practice to Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP.

A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Mr. Booth graduated from Youngstown State University and received his law degree from the Nova Center for the Study of Law.

He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association and The Florida Bar and has received the AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell peer review - the highest possible attorney rating.

Mr. Booth is also active in the community through membership in the Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club, Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Fort Lauderdale, Class III as well as the BNI Synergy Chapter where he serves as Treasurer.
