Lorna B. Banister brings experience in civil and business litigation as well as real estate and construction law to Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP.

A native of Fresno, California, Ms. Banister graduated from Trinity University and received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Ms. Banister has co-authored a number of articles on topics including temporary orders and custody issues in the Family Law area.

She is a Florida qualified arbitrator and member of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The Texas Bar and American Bar Association. She is also a member of various community and professional organizations including the Broward County Young Lawyers Association, Broward Young Democrats and the Animal Law Committee of the Florida Bar Association.
